The Wing Fin, a.k.a the Rocket tail is a Walden original design from 1973 in Hawaii. Designed then to prevent single-fin slide-outs encountered before the thruster or multi-fin boards. Produces maximum thrust on a turn. As you go onto the rail, the wing bites in and creates acceleration. It also noserides, holds the tail in and eliminates slip. Exclusively on Walden Surfboards.
